Hunters Hill

A modern dual occupancy located in Hunters Hill. Situated on a long and narrow lot, managing solar access throughout the deep floor plan was a key principle for this project. Large centralised courtyards, strategically positioned skylights and double heighted living spaces all work together to create sun drenched, bright and open spaces.

A light material and finishes palette and large setbacks provide opportunities for substantial planting throughout the site, allowing the proposal to sit within the landscaping while creating internalised vistas.
