Situated on an elevated, south-facing wide block, this modern dual occupancy maintains a strong presence within the streetscape.

The design takes advantage of the south-facing city views to the street and generous solar access to the rear. Primary living areas are positioned at the back, opening directly to the outdoor alfresco, while secondary living spaces, the rumpus and the master bedroom face the street. This arrangement captures city views from the first floor and provides casual, passive surveillance of the public domain.
